Campaign Details

1. During the campaign period, we will distribute a promotion code that can obtain a campaign-limited avatar item!

We will present the "Crocodile Face Mask (ANA Color)" to every user who redeems the following promotion code! 

Promotion Code: lacosteagw2024

Code Redemption Period: Monday, November 25th, 2024, 10:00 to Thursday, December 5th, 9:59 (JST) 

How to Redempt the Promotion Code

1. Move to the "Promotion Code Redemption Center" from the "ANA GranWhale" official website menu

2. Enter the GranWhale ID and promotion code "lacosteagw2024" on the code redemption page, then tap "Redeem"

3. After the redemption, receive the item in the in-app mailbox. 

*You can only obtain the "Crocodile Face Mask (ANA Color)" during the event period.

*You should have a GranWhale ID for "ANA GranWhale" to redempt the item.

2. The new home items that collaborate with LACOSTE are available!

During the campaign period, the items are much easier to obtain than usual. Take this opportunity to complete it this time! 

How to Exchange the Home Item

1. Go visit the "LACOSTE AGW store" in the Sky Mall, then collect the material "Truffle."

2. Collect the required items like "Truffle," then make the processed items required for exchanging items like "Macaron" at the "Processing Plant." During the campaign, the number of "Truffle" you can collect is increasing!

3. Exchange the LACOSTE collaboration home items with the processed items at the "Item Exchange."

4. Decorate My Sky Room with the collaboration items at "Room Customize," and create your exclusive LACOSTE Space!

*After the campaign is finished, the "Truffle" which can be collected in the LACOSTE, will decrease in number.

*The materials can be collected 3 times per day (9:00~, 12:00~, 18:00~).

*The "Truffle" can also be collected in "V-TRIP V-TRIP【Wakayama】Koyasan" besides the "LACOSTE AGW store."
